This is an exciting contract opportunity for a seasoning Billing Analyst! There is definitely the potential for the position to become a full time opportunity based upon performance.
The Senior Billing Analyst will provide expert customer support as a key part of a Team of Billing and Application Support Analysts. This person will manage and coordinate all activities surrounding the central billing platform as well as other applications utilized as part of the billing process. The will validate testing for enhancements and participate in billing system releases and upgrade activities.
The Senior Billing Analyst must be able to perform intricate research and root cause analysis as well as respond to inquiries from all departments in an effective and timely manner.
Bachelors Degree in IT or a related field is required
- 3+ years of experience in Billing Operations required
- Management/Leadership experience is a huge plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; fluent with pivot tables, macros, look-ups, etc.
- Knowledge of billing systems such as Amdocs, CSG and/or Arterra required
